Developed specifically for small to medium enterprise, it is designed to assess entry-level food processors abilities to comply with food-safety requirements.
At Interpack 2011, Bizerba will be presenting new inspection systems for manual and fully-automated production lines that use X-ray and camera technology. Using these systems, foodstuff manufacturers can increase their product safety and also meet the requirements of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines and the International Food Standards (IFS).
