This Thursday marks the start of this year’s NPC to be held at the 7th Floor Innovation Centre in Observatory, Cape Town.
The venue is Foodcorp’s answer to a creative space built for innovating – so what could be more perfect for judging the innovative products entered into this year’s NPC?
A panel of nine judges will be joining the Food Review team at this wonderful venue to judge this year’s creative entries from all sectors of the food industry.
The judges consist of food industry experts from all spheres including marketing, flavouring, health and nutrition and most of have been judging for the NPC competition for over five years.
