It is water, most often from municipal sources, that is boiled and condensed and put through rigorous filtration processes that strip it of contaminants, which is good. It is water that comes from naturally occurring, uncontaminated springs that are characteristically underground or from snow-capped mountains (as evian® natural spring water does). The glacier sand is surrounded by clay, which protects the water from pollution.
