Her Royal Hummus can be found in the fridges of Pick n Pay stores in the Western Cape as well as Pick n Pay on Nicol in Johannesburg. We have been blown away by the support from all of our #LoyalRoyals for preservative-free hummus. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!’ says Kathleen Quillinan, creative director at Pesto Princess says.
What makes Pesto Princess Hummus remarkable?
The team at Pesto Princess spent over a year perfecting the hummus recipe and came to the conclusion that hummus stands or falls by the quality of the tahina paste. After endless tasting sessions the team settled on a clean label tahina from the Middle East, for its authentic flavour and absence of ‘nasties’. There is a single-minded commitment at Pesto Princess to bring preservative-free products to market, regardless of how tough that journey can be. Pesto Princess believes an ingredient list should be clean and easy to understand so that you can choose what goes into your body.
