To celebrate this month’s Global Food Safety Conference in Barcelona and recertification to the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) standard, DD Williamson (DDW) is hosting an online photo contest to feature food recipes that demonstrate high visual appeal, along with an award for naturally coloured recipe photos. Open to South Africans as well, winners will receive Amazon gift cards and other prizes from DDW The Color House and Keeping It Kleen, a contest partner also focused on food safety and cleanliness.
