Onderberg Verwerkingskoöperasie, a progressive multi-million rand manufacturing and international marketing concern, situated on the border of the Kruger National Park, is seeking a competent food technologist in Malalane, reporting to the quality manager.
The purpose of this role is to manage all resources in the laboratory including the responsibility of equipment, employees and product analysis and to ensure a strict adherence to food quality and safety standards and hygiene.
Minimum requirements:
• A valid Diploma in Food Technology or Degree IN Food Science or equivalent;
• Relevant practical experience of at least 3-5 years in a food processing plant in a Supervisory position; and
• Experience in food safety and food hygiene.
