Process safety and traceability are vital in sausage production. Poly-clip System’s PDC-A 700 clipper and ES 6000 labelling system streamline workflows and enhance traceability for small and medium businesses.

Production processes in the food craft sector must be flexible, safe, and fully traceable. With the automatic double clipper PDC-A 700 and the labelling system ES 6000, Poly-clip System offers an integrated solution for artisanal and medium-sized businesses. It ensures quality and traceability, streamlines workflows, and enables companies to deploy their skilled personnel in other areas.
Double clipper PDC-A 700
The automatic double clipper PDC-A 700 is designed for a wide range of products and supports fast product changeovers through simple retooling. It processes different sausage types and casing materials—from plastic to natural casings—with calibres of up to 115 millimetres. Its electropneumatic control system ensures consistent sealing and reproducible results. Two-hand activation for the first clip enhances operator safety, while secure clip closures prevent air ingress and support both shelf life and food safety. The machine’s compact design, featuring smooth surfaces and inclined components, simplifies cleaning and helps reduce downtime.
Labelling system ES 6000
The ES 6000 labelling system extends the clipping process with direct product identification. During the clipping operation, the system applies tamper-proof labels to the product containing all relevant information such as product name, manufacturer, batch number, and best-before date. The system operates with water-based, food-safe ink and can be controlled via PC, mobile devices, or a membrane keypad. Labels can be individually designed, flexibly modified, and equipped with barcodes or QR codes to support digital traceability.
Small and medium-sized companies in particular benefit from the combination of the PDC-A 700 double clipper and the ES 6000 labelling system. Together, the two systems integrate quality assurance, hygiene, and end-to-end traceability directly into the production process.
