Radical Waters has obtained a Certificate of Operation from the CIPC to continue operations during the national lockdown period.
The Country is officially in a 21 Day COVID-19 Lockdown, as per the South African President’s speech of the 23 March 2020.

‘We have confirmed with our manufacturing facility in Europe that it is business as usual. Our customers wanting to order ECA generators can still do so per our usual sales channels. There have been some questions around logistic; to assist in customs, ECA generators will be marked “hygiene products/ essential service” and shipped per usual. Given the current conditions, supply delays should be anticipated and planned for. We appreciate your patience while we work this out together,’ states N. Wilson, VP operations.
Logistical restrictions
Radical Waters staff are working in our factory and online to assist customers remotely during this time. Cross border and national and international travel are strictly prohibited. Specific maintenance spares will not be available, as they are subject to supply and logistical restrictions.
Customers can obtain ECA Solutions from Radical Waters’ factory in Johannesburg, in line with the Government Gazetted rules and regulations on the COVID-19 lockdown.
