The SAAFFI 2026 seminar positions itself at the forefront of technology, sustainability, and human creativity. These three forces are redefining the future of the flavour and fragrance industry. Now in its 24th year, the SAAFFI seminar is a key event for the South African flavour and fragrance sector. It offers strategic foresight, practical workshops, and networking opportunities. The event focuses on collaboration, skills development, and leadership to help industry professionals navigate rapid technological changes.

Keynote address and workshop

The final keynote address, by James Maisiri, researcher, author, 3 times TEDx speaker, professional speaker as well as a thought leader on AI, African labour markets and culture entitled “If Africa does not shape AI, AI will shape Africa”. This presentation is a must for all leaders, thinkers, employers, employees, and people with forward-focussed vision.
