At SNACKEX 2026 in Lisbon, GoodMills Innovation unveiled its SNACKMAXX® Masa Flours, a clean label range designed for tortilla chips, taco shells, and related snacks.

These flours deliver authentic corn flavour and superior processing performance, addressing key challenges for European snack producers. SNACKMAXX Masa Flours solve a common issue for European snack makers: achieving authentic corn flavour without the calcium hydroxide off-note. GoodMills Innovation’s proprietary Taste-and-Cook process eliminates this off-note while preserving the naturally sweet corn flavour and vibrant gold-yellow colour that define masa-based snacks.
Process-friendly texture performance
The flours form a stable, soft, and non-sticky dough when combined with water, making them ideal for machine processing and simplifying production line cleaning. A specialised dry milling process offers multiple granulations tailored to various applications, from crispy bites to delicate crunches. Custom granulations are also available for larger customers.
Clean label, regional sourcing
Manufactured from regional, contract-grown corn varieties, SNACKMAXX Masa Flours meet clean label standards. They are gluten-free (below 10 ppm), non-GMO, and traceable from seed to finished product. Wholegrain flours can also be incorporated to create multigrain chip variants.
Application support and sustainability
GoodMills Innovation provides structured application support, including recipe adaptation, equipment parameter guidance, and pilot plant trials. This ensures seamless recipe and process validation, even through harvest changes.
