At this year’s Gulfood Manufacturing, Sensient Flavors Europe, Middle East & Africa (Hall SSH3, Booth S3 A10) will present its range of Halal flavours and emulsions for use in beverage, dairy, confectionery and bakery applications. Also in the spotlight are sauces and inclusions for dairy, bakery and ice cream products. With people around the globe becoming more health conscious, sugar reduction technology for beverages will be another key theme at the booth.
