High-performance chocolate forming technology by IPCO, featuring Rotoform HP and triple-pass cooling systems for efficient chocolate production.

IPCO recently unveiled its cutting-edge high-performance chocolate forming technology at PACK EXPO 2026. The highlight of their showcase was the Rotoform HP rotary drop depositor, a revolutionary system designed to enhance chocolate production efficiency.
The Rotoform HP operates using a heated stator and a perforated rotating shell equipped with internal nozzles. This innovative design deposits uniform chocolate chips onto a continuously running steel belt. The rapid cooling process minimises oxygen penetration, ensuring the production of free-flowing, high-quality chocolate chips. By simply changing the shell, the system can produce between 80,000 and 300 pieces per kilogram, offering unparalleled flexibility.
Compact triple-pass steel belt cooling system
Another standout innovation from IPCO is its compact triple-pass steel belt cooling system. This system guides products through three passes on a single line, achieving high throughput while maintaining a compact footprint. This design is ideal for manufacturers looking to optimise space without compromising production capacity.
Piston depositor module (PDM)
IPCO also introduced the Piston Depositor Module (PDM), which is engineered for precise, direct-to-belt production of large circular wafer products. This module can be seamlessly integrated into the CCM triple-pass line, enabling flexible multi-depositor production setups.

A legacy of excellence
With over 100 years of expertise in designing and manufacturing food-industry equipment, IPCO continues to lead the way in innovative solutions. Their high-performance chocolate forming technology is tailored to meet the needs of both startups and large-scale producers, ensuring efficiency and quality in every production line.
